Our work with SML Paints and Coatings
SML Paints and Coatings operates in three distinct sectors — Marine, Protective and Decorative. We built three frontend websites, each tailored to its sector, and a backend web application named SMiLe to manage orders, content and customer relations across all of them.
Despite their different designs and audiences, the three sites share a common product database and CRM. That unified approach keeps data consistent and means a change made once applies everywhere it should.

Order management with ParcelForce
Full order tracking through the lifecycle, integrated directly with ParcelForce to create consignments and print labels without leaving the system.
