QuickBooks integration
End user licence agreement
Terms governing use of our QuickBooks Online application. Effective 1 September 2026.
1. Parties
This agreement is between Blumac Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13703434 whose registered office is 30 Church Walk, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire, DY13 0AP, and the authorised user of the application.
2. The application
The application connects to a QuickBooks Online company with the authorisation of that company's account holder, and returns accounting information from it in response to requests made by an authorised user.
3. Licence and permitted use
Blumac Digital grants authorised users a non transferable, revocable licence to use the application for the purposes for which their access was granted.
You may not share your credentials, allow anyone else to use them, connect the application to a QuickBooks company you are not authorised to access, or attempt to access the application other than by the means we provide.
4. Read only
The application can read accounting information and cannot change it. It cannot create, amend or delete a record in QuickBooks Online. Any change to the accounting records must be made by a person, directly in QuickBooks.
5. Accuracy and reliance
Information returned by the application originates in QuickBooks Online and may be summarised or presented in the course of answering a request. It may be incomplete, and it may be misinterpreted in the course of being explained.
Nothing produced through the application is a statutory account, a tax return, or professional accounting advice, and it must not be filed, published or relied upon as though it were. Verify figures in QuickBooks before acting on them.
6. Information handling
How the application handles information is set out in the privacy policy for this application, which forms part of these terms.
7. Third party services
The application depends on QuickBooks Online, provided by Intuit, and on other third party services used to operate and deliver it. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, and a change on their part may interrupt or end the service the application provides.
8. Availability
The application is provided on an as available basis. There is no service level commitment, and we may suspend, change or withdraw it at any time without notice.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blumac Digital accepts no liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the application. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Termination
We may withdraw credentials or disconnect the application at any time. The licence granted in section 3 ends when your authorisation ends or when the application is withdrawn.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect, and continued use after a change amounts to acceptance of it.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
